1.  First, using washers (E) and bolts (F), fix the bottom shelf (D) and both frames 

of the cutlery box (B) to one of the lateral sections (A). Use Allen wrench (G) 
and tighten bolts. (Fig. 1) 

2.  As described above, fix the bottom shelf (D) and both frames of the cutlery box 

(B) to the second lateral section (A). (Fig. 1) 

3.  Place the cutlery trolley on its side.  

4.  Mount swivel casters (K, L) onto square tubing of lateral sections. Between each 

swivel caster and the square tubing of the lateral section, place one washer (J) 
and one damper. 

5.  Finally, screw swivel casters into square tubing of lateral sections. (Fig. 3) 

6.  Set the cutlery trolley on swivel casters. (Fig. 4) 

7.  Place cutlery boxes (C) in frames (B) provided to this frame. 

 

Installation 

1.  Check the stability of the cutlery trolley. 

2.  Level the cutlery trolley through screwing in and out swivel casters. 

3.  After setting the cutlery trolley in a designated place, lock 2 swivel casters with 

lockings to prevent accidental relocation or overturn of the tray trolley. 

 

 

Using Cutlery Trolley 

1.  After assembly, thoroughly clean the cutlery trolley observing instructions in 

section 

'Cleaning'

2.  Fill the cutlery boxes with cutlery. 

 

Cutlery may be stored in a space-saving 
manner and well sorted out. 

The cutlery trolley facilitates work in various 
sections of kitchen. Besides that, it is practical 
for users and prevents back from straining in 
service area. 

Owing to the mobile cutlery trolley it is faster 
and easier to make tables and clean them.
