4.3.3 How to Load Bottle
Washing Cart
See Figure 4-5.
1.
If Automatic Floor Tilting option is present,
ensure feature is
set to
NO
,
for procedure.
2.
Load bottles and other containers upside down in adequate bas-
ket (see

Place loaded baskets on Bottle Washing Cart shelves.
4.
Press
DOOR OPEN
touch pad to open doors.
5.
Enter wash chamber.
6.
Pull to roll Bottle Washing Cart (see Figure 4-5) into wash cham-
ber, along guiding rails until wheels are positioned between
stoppers on rails.
7.
Ensure water inlet connector at bottom of wash chamber is
aligned with manifold on bottle washing cart.
8.
Exit wash chamber.
WARNING – PERSONAL
INJURY HAZARD:
• Always verify flap door sill
is down before entering
wash chamber.
• Cages and items in wash-
ing cart may move during
processing and be filled
with residual hot water or
protrude from cart at the
end of the cycle. Always
wear appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment
(PPE) and carefully remove
cages and items from cart.
CAUTION – POSSIBLE
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:
• Before operating the unit,
always position Bottle
Washing Cart or Central
Header Manifold over the
manifolded coupling sys-
tem. If manifold is not posi-
tioned correctly, damage
may result and unit will be
unable to effectively wash
load.
• Do not process load using
Central Header Manifold or
Bottle Washing Cart when
Automatic Floor Tilting is
activated. If Automatic
Floor Tilting is used, mani-
folded water inlet and
washer will be damaged.
