ing of the chuck is not needed.
CAUTION:
For precision work, it is impor-
tant that all accessories are in good bal-
ance. You can tell by the sound and feel it.
To adjusting or balance an accessory,
slightly loosen chuck and give the acces-
sory or collet a desired turn if necessary.
8.2
Collets
Different size collets to accommodate dif-
ferent shank sizes are available.
To install a different collet, remove the
chuck and remove the old collet. Insert the
un-slotted end of the collet in the hole in the
end of the tool shaft. Replace chuck on the
shaft.
Always use the collet which matches the
shank size of the accessory you plan to use.
Never force a larger diameter shank into a
collet.
8.3
Changing accessories
a. Make sure the machine is switched off
before you change over.
b. While holding the spindle lock button
down, gently rotate the chuck until the
spindle lock button is fully engaged.
Never press the spindle lock button
when the tool is running.
c. Always select a right size collet for
assembling the accessories. Make sure
all items are fully introduced to reduce
the risk of twisting an accessory and
avoid excessive vibration.
d. Insert the stem of the accessory into
collet. Press the spindle locking button
down and turn count-clockwise slightly
to tighten the screw nut.
8.4
Inserting cut off wheel
a. Insert the mandrel which has a small
screw into the collet like the above men-
tioned and ensuring that the screw nut
is tightened and the collet well
established.
b. Loosen the screw on the top of the
mandrel and remove it. Attach the
accessories on the top of mandrel, then
put back the removed screw and
tighten it.

Inserting the felt wheel
a. Insert the mandrel into the collet like the
above mentioned and ensuring that the
screw nut is tightened and the collet
well established.
b. Set a suitable rotational speed.
Note:
Store the accessories in the original box or
store the accessory components some-
where else to protect them from damage.
Store the accessories somewhere dry and
not in the vicinity of aggressive media.
8.6
On/Off Trigger
• Use the On/Off switch to start the
machine, to switch the machine off, use
the On/Off switch again.

9. Accessories
Use only accessories with an allowable
speed matching at least the highest no-load
speed of the tool.
10. Maintenance and Cleaning

mains power supply, before carrying out any
maintenance/ cleaning of the charger.
