WARNING LIGHT AND SOUND ALARM SIGNAL
The intermittent warning light
,
the sound alarm signal
with
quick
intermittency
and the written warning
“WATER”
are activated when:
- there is no water inside the water tank. Upon refilling the water tank the light and
sound alarm signal will switch off.
The fixed warning light
together with
,
the sound alarm signal with
slow
intermittency
and the written warning
“WATER PUMPING”
are activated:
- to indicate a malfunction of SOLE A (the boiler is without water and it is not possible
to restore the correct water level). In this case unplug the machine, wait for 1 minute
and plug it in again. If the warning light does not turn off do not insist, unplug the
SOLE A from the mains and contact authorized personnel.
10.
REFILLING OF THE WATER TANK
It is possible to fill the water tank at any time, even
when there is pressure inside the boiler. Unplug the
machine, remove the water plug and add water,
paying attention not to spill it onto the machine (fig.
6).
Water is required when the intermittent warning
“WATER”
appears and the sound alarm signal switches
on (chapter 9).
It is suggested to immediately add water once the
sound alarm signal switches on. This avoids the drop
of pressure and therefore it is not necessary to wait
for water heating.
While refilling the boiler, do not spill water onto the
machine or electronic board. In the event this should
happen, dry immediately in order to avoid
electrical risks.
11.
EMPTYING OF WATER FROM BOILER
After a certain number of hours the electronic card
will signal the need to empty the water from the
boiler. The warning will be visible only during the
first minute the electronic card is switched on.
“EMPTY WATER FROM BOILER”
will be displayed.
After one minute the warning will disappear, no
matter whether the water has been emptied or
not. This procedure is very important and is to be
done regularly in order to eliminate limestone
residue which may damage the machine. Wear
proper gloves in order to avoid accidental burns.
In order to empty the water, remove the rubber
plug and empty the water into a proper container.
