What to do if VisioDesk stops working properly:
Did you check all settings and connections according to the manual?
Did you remove the protective plastic film from the camera lens?
Is VisioDesk plugged into a live power outlet?
If VisioDesk is not working, please disconnect from any power outlet,
discontinue using the device, and contact BAUM Retec or your
authorized BAUM Retec dealer.

BAUM Retec, Inc. is your contact for any VisioDesk purchased/sold in
the USA. For all other customers, please contact BAUM Retec AG in
Germany.
We will help you first troubleshoot your VisioDesk. If we determine that
your device needs to be returned to us for repair, you will need to pack
the VisioDesk in its original packaging. If someone is assisting you,
please show them this manual so that they can refer to the proper
instructions for folding and packing VisioDesk, which can be found
further down this page.
