11.2 Running diagnostics on errors on the outdoor unit
To run diagnostics on certain errors shown by the control panel, it may be
necessary to refer to the parameters directly on the outdoor unit.
Important
Only qualified persons may carry out diagnostics of the outdoor
unit as the process is carried out directly on the outdoor unit.
1. Switch the thermodynamic water heater off.
2. Remove the top panel on the outdoor unit.
3. Switch the thermodynamic water heater back on.
Danger
Electrified bare parts are then accessible.
4. Scroll through the parameters by pressing the QUERY button.

5. Once diagnostics are complete, refit the top panel on the outdoor unit.
