This chapter gives you more technical information about the thermostat.

9.1
Terms and conditions
The legal Terms and Conditions are for the wi-fi connection and use of the
app. Before you start to setup your wi-fi connection and app connection
you have to approve the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions cannot be viewed on the thermostat. You have
two options to view them:
Visit the website of the manufacturer.
Open the app on your mobile device.
Approve the Terms and Conditions after you have read and agreed to
them.
If you decide to accept the Terms and Conditions you have four extra
features with the thermostat:
You can control your heating system via your mobile device and/or
home automation application.
The thermostat will automatically restore the right date and time after a
power outage.
The thermostat will receive automatic updates with new functions.
You will be able to report errors of your system to the manufacturer.
Important
You have to accept the Terms and Conditions only once, unless
you reset the default settings of the thermostat.
9.2
Disposal
The uSense is a regular electronic device.
Dispose of the uSense in an environmentally friendly way and in
accordance with local regulations.
