Dear New Baxley Trailer Owner

Thank you for buying one of our unique trailers.

Baxley Trailer Company is a division of Baxley Blowpipe Co. Inc.,
a small family company that has been in business since 1946.
God has certainly blessed this company and the Baxley family in
that we have been doing quality work for many of the prominent
companies in the Peanut and Woodworking industries.   I can
brag about our quality in the fact that we are allowed to work for
food service people such as M & M Mars, Hershey and Lance Inc.
These companies do NOT accept sloppy workmanship.

We have a reputation of fabricating items that work great and
will out-last any of our competitors’ products.  It is this same
quality and sturdiness that we strive to put into each and every
one of our trailers. For their uniqueness in concept, their
sturdiness in design and their quality of workmanship, we feel
that you have one of the best trailers that money can buy.  And
through our nationwide network of dealers, you have easy access
to parts, accessories and service.

If you ever have a problem that cannot be resolved by your
dealer, or if you have any suggestions or comments, please give us
a call.  We would love to hear from you.  It is our desire that you
will always have the same joy you had when you first bought this
trailer.  It is our hope that this trailer will last until Jesus comes
back to take His children home. It is our prayer that you will be a
part of that great home going.  May God bless you and keep you
safe until then. Romans 6:23.

Because of Him, I am,

Operating Instructions (continued)

5.  Rotate the main latch bar forward to lock the lift frame in the

down position.

6.

The motorcycle should be secured from a position near the seat
(high and rearward) with straps to the tie down loops near the
fenders. The straps should pull forward and downward and
outward. It is recommended that the straps not pull too far
forward as this will reduce lateral stability. Straps should be
attached similar to the picture below.

Towing

1.  Always check the tires for proper inflation before and after each

use.

2.  Make sure the safety cables are hooked to the vehicle in a secure

manner.

3.  Check the straps on the motorcycle occasionally during the trip to

be sure that the motorcycle is still secure.

Unloading the trailer

1.  Grab the main latch bar and rotate forward (see figure on previous

page).

2.  Place both hands on the grab bars (foam grips), push down firmly

and squeeze the safety latches.

3.  SLOWLY raise the lift frame and lower the trailer to the ground.
4.  Unhook the straps (they loosen automatically); get on the

motorcycle and grab the handlebars; with a gentle pull rearward
the motorcycle will release from the chock  and roll backward.

5.  Stow straps and place the trailer in the normal towing

configuration with latch bar engaged.
