USE
•
Speed control
o
with wheel (

) the maximum speed can be adjusted from low (position 600) to high (position
3000)
o
start with wheel (
A
) in position 600 (lower speed)
o
if needed, select a higher speed while the tool runs
o
the optimal working speed depends on the material and can be determined with practical trials
•
Operating the tool
o
switch on the tool first, then place the tool fully on the surface to be polished and move it
evenly by sections
o
before switching off the tool, you should lift it from the workpiece
o
the accessory continues to rotate for a short time after the tool has been switched off
•
Holding and guiding the tool
o
while working, always hold the tool at the soft grip area(s)
o
always hold the tool firmly with both hands, so you will have full control of the tool at all times
o
provide for a secure stance
o
do not apply so much pressure on the tool that it comes to a standstill
o
keep ventilation slots I uncovered
MAINTENANCE / SERVICE
•
Protect the tool from impact, shock and grease
•
Always keep tool and cord clean, especially ventilation slots (

o
disconnect the plug before cleaning
o
do not attempt to clean ventilation slots by inserting pointed objects through openings
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste.
All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive
on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority
for recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an
electrical appliances retailer.
