STEP 9:
Assemble the control handle. The control handle is shipped hanging from the valve on the handle link. See
FIGURE 13.
1. Remove the clevis pin and bow-tie cotter pin from the control handle.
2. Rotate the control handle into the operating position and secure with the clevis pin and bow-tie cotter pin removed
in step above.
STEP 10:
If your log splitter doesn’t include a cross wedge, while you buy one separately, please refer to following
instructions to assemble the cross wedge. See FIGURE 14.
1. Insert the cross wedge to the rectangular hole on the splitting wedge.
2. Align the holes on the cross wedge, splitting wedge and the L-shape support, then secure the hardware included in
the cross wedge package.
