2.1. Rotate the JET i-fix anchors from the base
outwards towards the back of the vehicle
seat.(F6)
2.2. Place the safety seat in the appropriate
position. Make sure that the JET i-fix anchors
are lined up with the vehicle’s Isofix anchors.
2.3. Push the JET i-fix car seat against the
backrest of the vehicle seat, and at the same
time insert the two JET i-fix anchors into the
plastic guides previously fastened into the an-
chor points until both click into place.(F7)
2.4. Make sure that it is firmly in place, check
both connectors of the vehicle’s Isofix anchors
by pulling outwards, they should not move
outwards at all.
Releasing the JET i-fix anchors
1. To release the JET i-fix anchors from the
Isofix anchors, pull both the release devices
as shown in F8.
Positioning your child in the JET i-fix seat
1. Place your child in the JET i-fix seat and
make sure he sits well back against the back-
rest.
2. Thread the vehicle seat belt through the
belt guide under the headrest and the belt
guide under the armrest.
2.1. Pass the diagonal section of the seat belt
through the belt guide under the headrest.

2.2. Pass the lap section of the seat belt
through the seat belt guide under the armrest
next to the seat belt buckle.(F10)
2.3. Ensure that no part of the seat belt has
become twisted or trapped and that the ve-
hicle seat upholstery does not impede the
movement or correct fitting of the seat belt.
3. Ensure the diagonal belt lies gently on the
child’s shoulder and the lap belt should be
worn over the hips. Tighten the diagonal sec-
tion of the seat belt by pulling it upwards until
there is no slack and the belt holds the child
firmly in place.(F11)
4. To take the child out of the seat, simply
unfasten the seat belt and take it out of the
shoulder belt guide.
Adjusting the headrest height
To adjust the height, pull the button situated
behind the headrest upwards and slide the
headrest in the required direction (F12). When
you reach the correct height, release the but-
ton and move it until it reaches the closest
locking position, and clicks into place.(F13)
Warning:
An unoccupied JET i-fix seat should still be
fastened with the JET i-fix anchors and the
three-point seat belt.
Make sure any luggage or other objects are
properly secured.
Make sure the belt is not twisted
The lap belt should be worn over the hips.
Checking the height of the shoulder belt.
To ensure the best protection for your child,
the shoulder belt must be guided so that it
passes gently over the child’s shoulder. You
will need to adjust this position as child grows.

REMOVING THE COVER FOR WASHING
The cover is a safety feature. Never use the
JET i-fix seat without the cover.
Headrest: Remove the headrest cover by pull-
ing the back part forwards. Finally remove the
headrest cover. (F15)
Backrest: Remove the cover from both side
protection parts, and then pull forwards to
remove it completely.(F16).
Booster cushion: Unfasten the strap on the
rear part, and pull the cover forward. (F17)
Wash by hand and at a temperature no hotter
than 30 C. To put the cover on again, follow
the same steps, but in reverse order.
