380/16-400SP
4
Filling the magazine
•
Ensure that nailer and fasteners are compatible (Chap. 1) with
each other.
•
Check fasteners for proper condition.
•
Turn the tool upside down, press the lock 1 and pull the
lower slide 2 backwards. Release the locking button 1,
insert the clamps 3 into the magazine. Then push the lower
slide forward again.
5
Adjusting the degree of flare of staples
•
To flare the staples more loosen headless screw 1 and tighten
screw 2. Tighten headless screw 1 afterwards. To flare the
staples less, loosen screw 2 and tighten headless screw 1.
Tighten screw 2 afterwards. Check whether clinch plate 4 is
still moving slightly after the adjustment. If necessary, loosen
headless screws 3. With the headless screws 3 the clinch
plate 4 can be centered so that both legs of the staple are
flared consistently.
6
Removing stuck fasteners from the driving channel
•
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply. Open the magazine as described in chapter 4 and
remove the staples. Then reconnect the tool to the compressed air supply and refill it with staples
