5. Unplug the power supply wiring (E).
6. Remove the front panel (B), and save it for installation.
7. Turn the front panel (B) around, and slide it onto two of the four screws (A)
that are used to mount it.
NOTE:
This keeps the front panel out of the way.
8. Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the five screws (F) that secure the
cover plates (G) and (H) to the back box (C).
9. Note the transformer’s (I) wire positions.
10. Using needle nose pliers, remove the flag terminals (J) from the transformer
(I).
11. Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the two screws (K) that secure the
transformer (I) to the back box (C).
12. Remove the transformer (I).
Replacement
WARNING:
Ensure the wiring is correct on the transformer. Failure to do so could
cause personal injury or equipment damage.
1. To replace the transformer, reverse the order of the removal instructions.
2. To ensure proper operation, perform the “Function Checks” on page 2–5.
