INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Make sure the area to be treated is completely clean and clear from creams and lotions.
2.
Plug the mains adapter into the wall socket and into the base of the unit.
3.
Apply the conductive gel to the area to be treated. By means of the penetration of ultra-
sonic waves the nutrients of the gel can effectively penetrate below the surface of the
skin to reach the pained area.
4.
Depress the power button control and select the required intensity.
5.
Apply the applicator to the problem area, if there is no gel, waves cannot be transmitted
form the machine to the deeper layers beneath the skin.
6.
A stroking method should be used on larger muscular parts like the abdomen, hips, thighs
and shoulders. A rotating method should be applied on the smaller areas of the body of
the body that have fewer muscles such as the face and arms. Do not leave the unit in one
area for any period of time as it will feel too warm and the effect of increasing the circula-
tion will be wasted.
7.
The Cellu Smooth unit is equipped with a “safety cut off timer”. 15 minutes after de-
pressing the power button, the unit will stop until it is reset. This is to prevent over use
on one particular area as the maximum treatment time should not exceed 15 minutes.

8.
Upon completion of the treatment simply wipe the gel off with a dry cloth, switch off and
unplug your unit form the mains.
9.
We recommend that you leave an interval of at least 6 hours between each treatment as
overuse can cause fatigue and has no benefit.
LOW INTENSITY:
To relieve tension and treat areas such as elbows, wrists knees, back, upper
arms and smaller areas of the body.
HIGH INTENSITY:
Use on larger areas of the body such as stomach, buttocks, thighs and shoul-
ders.
Gently massage the painful, problem area.

A stroking method should be used on larger muscular parts like the abdomen, hips and
thighs. Stroke two to three seconds each time for a distance of approximately 10cm.

A rotating method should then be applied on the parts of the body that have fewer mus-
cles, such as the face and arms, with speeds similar to the stroking method.
•
We recommend that you do not use over the same area of the body without leaving at
least 6 hours between treatments as overuse without intervals can cause muscle fatigue
and has no benefit.

NB.
Using the unit more often does not speed up treatment.

WARNING: Do not leave the unit switched on when not in use.
