Import
– with this option you can restore a previously saved configuration setup by importing
your previously saved XML files. To do that, please click on the ‘Import’ button, and import your
saved XML file, and your previously saved configuration will be restored.
5. Troubleshooting
If you experience difficulties such as Bluetooth connectivity issues, synchronizing problems, or
lags, please take the following actions.
Make sure both the BeaverPad and the stylus pen are adequately charged.
Remove the device from the eDraw app, and close the eDraw app
Delete all the data from the eDraw app, uninstall and reinstall the eDraw app if
necessary
Connect the BeaverPad to the eDraw app again and everything should function normally
6. User Guidelines
To maximize the longevity of your BeaverPad we recommend the following standard of
practices:
Always use and store the BeaverPad near normal room temperature
Always use and store the BeaverPad in a dry environment
Keep away from water or any liquid substances as the BeaverPad and its stylus pen are
not designed to be waterproof
Avoid dropping or heavy impact
Avoid scratching the screen with sharp objects
