USING THE BRAKE
(Fig. 9)
To activate the brake, stand on the brake bar as shown in the picture.
To release the brake, lift the brake bar upwards.
SAFETY HARNESS
(Fig. 10)
This pushchair has a five-point safety harness.
To unfasten the harness, press the central button (A).
Make sure that the baby’s legs are either side of the crotch strap.
Insert the tabs on the ends of the chest straps into the fixture points on the side clasps (B).
Ensure that the tabs are fastened securely into the side clasps.
Then introduce the side clasps into the central buckle.
Adjust the belt straps around the baby’s waist so that it fits properly.
WARNING: Never use the crotch strap without the waist belt. To ensure your baby’s safety, always
have the safety harness fastened.
HOW TO FOLD THE PUSHCHAIR
(Fig. 11)
Before folding the chair, ensure that the backrest is in the vertical position and that the hood is folded
down.
To fold the pushchair, push the lever to the side (A) while squeezing the handle lock located in the
centre of the handle (b), and twisting the handle forward (C) and pushing the handle downwards to
fold the pushchair.
To fold the pushchair completely, push downward until the automatic safety lock clicks into place and
locks the pushchair.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Before using, lubricate the hinges and joints with a non-silicone oil or Vaseline, to ensure they run
smoothly.
Clean the seat with a damp cloth and allow it to dry.
Check the pushchair regularly. If any part, such as screws, bolts, cloth or seams are loose, broken or
damaged, repair or replace it.
In the event any damage or malfunction occurs, stop using the pushchair.
The structure should be cleaned using warm water and a normal household soap or detergent.
Any overheating or prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause deterioration or the cloth to fade.
Check the wheel bolts and axles regularly and replace any part that is damaged, immediately.
HOW TO CHANGE THE HARNESS

The Nonna pushchair is suitable for newborn babies and infants up to 15 kg. To cater for the
difference in sizes, there are two different lengths of harness, which can be adjusted.
How to remove the harness
The seat comes fitted with the harness in the 0 months position.
If you want to change the harness, unfasten it and remove the shoulder padding.
Pass the shoulder straps through the front slots (C), and remove them from the back of the pushchair
(D).
Pass the waist straps through the front slots (E), and remove them from the back of the pushchair (F).
