With the “reversal” setting, a short ascent of the door occurs after contacting the safety strip. This disengages the safety strip
used.

Note
If an electric strip is being used, Becker recommends that it is not subjected to permanent pressure load-
ing by the door in the lower end position.
Switching Functions of Relay “Rel1”
Function switch “FS1” in the door control system must be in position “A” so that relay “Rel1” can be actuated by Multicard II.
The settings of the yard light functions are performed by DIP switches 1.5 and 1.6:

For “Automatic Closing” a warning lamp is switched on 3 seconds before the door automatically starts moving away from the
top end limit (continuous pulse emitted by “Rel1”). The warning lamp goes out at the end limits.
If the automatic mode is not
being activated, the warning lamp is automatically turned on when the door moves away from any final position.

A warning lamp is switched on 3 seconds before the door is moved away from an end limit (continuous pulse emitted by “Rel

Automatic restart (WZL)
Automatic restart is activated by jumpers across the WZL terminals (e.g. by means of a wire jumper or a switch). After switch-
ing on the control system automating closing only takes place after manual actuation.
Activation of the automatic restart causes the opened door to close automatically after 2 minutes. This ensures that, if some-
one has forgotten to close the door, this is performed automatically by the control unit (see also “Adjustment of the plugin
card to the termination resistance” and “light barrier”). When the light barrier has been passed, the time for which the door is
held open can be reduced to 3 seconds.
