DANGER
Danger to life due to electrical work!
Electrical work may only be carried out by trained specialist personnel.
2.12 NORMAL OPERATION
The following safety instructions apply to the „normal operation“ life phase:
The VADS 1500+ must be installed and operated in a separate room.
WARNING
Hearing damage due to high volume
Suitable hearing protection must be worn (> 85dB(A)) during activities that must be carried out while the VADS
1500+ is in operation.
WARNING
Pressure differences due to lack of room ventilation
The VADS 1500+ conveys air into or out of the installation room. This must be taken into account during the
planning stage.
DANGER
Fire and life hazard due to insufficient distances to neighbouring parts!
Minimum distances from the product must be maintained to prevent potential fires.
Minimum distance back wall: 50 cm
Minimum distance side walls: 80 cm

NOTE
Personal protective equipment
PPE must be worn in accordance with chapter 2.8.
2.13 FAULT
A malfunction is to be assumed if the VADS 1500+ cannot properly perform its intended use due to defects, incorrect
operation or other events.
Malfunctions must be handled with special care, as unexpected hazard events can occur suddenly. The VADS 1500+
must therefore be shut down immediately if a malfunction is detected and secured against being switched on again.
The person responsible for the VADS 1500+ as well as maintenance and servicing must be notified immediately.
