Clean air filter
The filter cartridge
,part no. 709580, in the intake filter must be
replaced if the pressure difference is too high. Otherwise, too high
temperatures will be generated in the system. The contamination
of the filter cartridge depends on the individual conditions. We
recommend that you first check the degree of contamination of
the filter cartridge every 14 days
Disassembly: Unscrew the knurled nut
on the filter cover
and loosen the clamping ring
while holding the filter cover
and pushing the clamping ring backwards. Lift off the filter cover
towards the front. Unscrew the wing nut
of the filter cartridge,
change the filter cartridge and fasten the wing nut again.
Assembly: Two persons are recommended. Press the filter cover
onto the O-ring
for an exact fit. Check the flanging
of the filter
cover and filter housing for equal distances. Move the clamping
ring again, align and tighten: Check the accuracy of fit. Check that
the clamping ring is firmly seated.
When mounting the filter cover, make sure that it is firmly and
securely closed. Otherwise, there could be a danger that the filter
cover will burst off uncontrollably if the unit malfunctions. We
recommend that the unit is not put into operation until the doors
are locked.

Oil change
The oil must be changed at intervals of every 8000 operating hours
or at least once a year.
Oil change:
1. Ensure that all requirements for maintenance operation
have been met.
2. Placement of a container to collect the waste oil
3. Open the cover on the oil filler neck (pos. 12) to vent the
oil.
4. Open the ball valve (pos. 9) and fill the waste oil into the
container.
5. Close the ball valve again
6. Fill with new oil. Make sure that the max. filling level (upper
edge in the oil sight glass, pos. 8) is not exceeded.
7. Close the cap on the oil filler neck
8. Proper disposal of the used oil in accordance with the
national regulations for the disposal of hazardous goods.
Change oil filter
The oil filter (pos. 6) is changed at the same interval with every
oil change.
