3 lists the faults that can be selected with the Relay Control A or Relay
Control B pull
-
down menus on the Configuration tab in order to activate Relay
A or Relay B when any of the selected faults is detected.
Table 4

3 SPS.500 Relay Activation Flags
Fault
Description
Authentication Failure
The SPS.500 has failed to authenticate
PFC Fault
Communications, memory, or logic fault on
the PFC controller
CPU Over-Temperature Fault
An over
-
temperature condition has been
detected in the SPS.500 CPU
PFC Over-Temperature Fault
An over
-
temperature condition has been
detected in the PFC controller
PFC Input Voltage, Input Current, Input
Power Fault or Warning
Fault or warning on the PFC input (voltage,
current, or power)
PFC Input Under-Voltage Fault
PFC input voltage is below 100 V AC
Output Under-Voltage Fault
SPS.500 output voltage is below 97% of the
configured output voltage
Output Over-Voltage Fault
SPS.500 output voltage is above 103% of
the configured output voltage
Output Overcurrent Warning
The value specified by DC Overcurrent
Warn on the Configuration tab has been
reached or exceeded on the primary output.
Output Overcurrent Fault
SPS.500 primary output current is above
the configured DC overcurrent shutoff value
Output On
The SPS.500 is providing power to the
primary output. The relay will be released
when the output turns off. If this flag is set,
other flags will automatically be cleared
when “Apply Changes” is selected in the
Bedrock IDE.
“OR”ing Output Overcurrent Warning
“OR”ing Output is enabled and a current
greater than the configured “OR”ing
Overcurrent Warning threshold is detected
on the “OR”ing output
“OR”ing Output Overcurrent Fault
SPS.500 “OR”ing output current is above
the configured “OR”ing overcurrent shutoff
value
Total Output Overcurrent Warning
Sum of the primary and “OR”ing outputs
exceeds the configured Total Overcurrent
Warning value.
Total Output Overcurrent Fault
Sum of the primary and “OR”ing outputs
exceeds the configured Total Overcurrent
Limit value.
