Attaching the stirring tools
(images B1 - B5)
Align the keyways of the mounting
(2) and recesses in the stirring tool
(4/5/6) with each other and push the
mixing tool into the mounting against
the spring.
Turn the stirring tool anticlockwise to
lock it.
Removing the stirring tool
Push the stirring tool upwards against
the spring and turn it clockwise.
Pull the stirring tool downwards to
remove it.
Using the appliance
Press the release button (8) to unlock
the motor head (image C1).
Raise the motor head (3) until it audi-
bly snaps in (image C2).
Add the ingredients to the mixing bowl
(1).
NOTE
Pay attention to the maximum filling

quantity of 1.2 kg.
Insert the mixing bowl as described in
the section

Depending on the application (see in-
structions for use and recipe sugges-
tions), attach the whisk (5), beater (4)
or the kneading hook (6) as described
in the section

Press the release button (8) to unlock
the motor head.
Lower the motor head (3) until it audi-
bly snaps in.
Insert the plug into the mains socket.
Switch on the appliance with the
speed controller (7) and set the de-
sired speed.
NOTE
The tougher the mass to be stirred,

the slower the speed to be set (see
Speed table
).
After completing the stirring process,
switch off the appliance and pull the
plug out of the mains socket.
Press the release button (8) to unlock
the motor head.
Raise the motor head (3) until it audi-
bly snaps in.
Remove the stirring tool as described
in the section

.
Insert the mixing bowl as described in
the section
Inserting/removing the
mixing bowl
.
Empty the mixing bowl.
Clean the appliance as described in
the section
