5 - REPAIR PROCEDURES
CAUTION: All repair procedures must be done by authorized dealerships. It is not
recommended that untrained individuals perform any repair work.
The following
operations are detailed for qualified personnel only.
5.01 - Spring Tine Replacement
Periodically check the conditions of the tines
(see fig. 13)
. To replace worn or broken
tines do the following:
1. Remove the M12 elastic stop nut holding the tine and tine arm together.
2. Remove the M12x60 bolt, tine and spring clip.
3. Replace tine and reassemble in reverse order.
5.02 - Suggested Spare Parts
It is suggested that the following spare parts be kept on hand for the rake at all times to
prevent a minor problem from delaying work.
