3.2 Technical data
All technical data, such as the unladen weight and equipment dimensions, can be found on the
enclosed dimensional drawing that is part of these instructions and which must be stored
securely with the instructions and be available for use at all times.
You will need the information provided on the type plate for any queries, orders for spare parts
or in the event of a warranty claim. Please copy this information into the following table:

4. Assembly and disassembly
4.1 General information on the scope of delivery and assembly
You will receive assembly instructions with the delivery of type HS1590. The assembly
instructions specify how the equipment should be assembled and which materials and tools
need to be used for this purpose. Before starting assembly, make sure that all articles have
been delivered free of damage and in full.
4.2 Safety information on the assembly and disassembly of the equipment
WARNING (injury to persons and damage to property)!
Observe all safety instructions in points 2.3 and 2.6
- At least 2 demonstrably qualified skilled workers are required for assembly. If necessary, a
3rd person must be called in.
- The assembly area must be closed off over a wide area.
- Before assembly, the completeness of all assembly materials must be verified in
accordance with the enclosed parts list.
- Only ORIGINAL assembly materials from the manufacturer may be used.
- Only self-locking nuts may be used.
- Risk of crushing! Protective clothing, protective gloves and safety boots must be
strictly worn for the assembly!
- Assembly must be carried out properly, according to the enclosed assembly instructions,
by qualified specialist personnel and with the specified tools.
- Watch out for surrounding objects. There is a risk of tripping.
- Do not climb the incompletely assembled product
- Observe all torque data and verify at the end
