The air spa system does not work.
Check if the power is connected.
The air spa system fails during operation.
a) The air spa system was used more than 15 minutes.

b) Overheating due to high ambient temperature.

The sound system does not work.
a) Check if the USB stick is inserted correctly.
b) The USB flash drive is possibly defective. Insert a new USB
stick.
c) The remote control batteries need to be replaced.
The color light therapy does not work.
a) Mainboard defective. Inform customer service.
b) Headlamp defective. Inform customer service.
Unusual noises when lifting the tub.
Inform customer service.
Damage to the lifting tub.

Please contact the customer service of your distributor or the manufacturer if your AVERO
Premium Plus lifting tub does not work properly and you cannot rectify the fault with the
remedies under Section 14.
