8.3 Using the SENTA PUR L as stretcher lift
The SENTA stretcher lift is divided into three parts, so that the lift can be positioned on
the desired side of the patient’s bed. As soon as the lift is positioned at the patient’s
bed, both wings (left-hand side and right-hand side) are folded up or down, so that the
patient’s back and legs can be smoothly positioned onto the stretcher. The sides of the
bed surface are formed so that the patient can be smoothly be lifted from and into the
bed.
CAUTION:
Do not sit on the extremities of the wings!
Please note that the wing extremities must not be used as seat!
8.4 Function of the safety armrests
Both safety armrests can be folded back or completely removed independently from
one another. To fold the safety armrests back, you have to turn them backwards in
end position as shown on the image (8.4.1).
