To ensure trouble-free operation, ob-
serve all the points listed under

The constituents of the compressor
condensate will depend on the specific
application.
It is part of the operator’s duty of care to
take the necessary precautions, where
appropriate.
Weekly waste water test
•
Fill condensate test vial at the sampling
valve. (Fig. 1)
•
Compare the cloudiness with the refer-
ence jar.
If the sample is clearer than the reference
cloudiness
•
the filter is O.K. (Fig. 2)
If the sample is
cloudier
than the refer-
ence cloudiness
•
the filter needs to be changed
!

NOTE:
Never pour any foreign liquid
into the pressure relief chamber! This
can impair the filter efficiency of the
QWIK-PURE.

Filter replacement
This is necessary when
- the water being discharged is too
cloudy (see ‘Waste water test’)
- the filter is clogged
- The unit will over flow when the filter is
clogged.
