Tractor service brake control pedals shall be always interlocked during loader operation.
Avoid abrupt start, braking, sharp turns and long-term frictional slip of tires while tractor
operation with the loader.
While tractor moving with the loader on public roads, it is required to observe traffic regula-
tions.
Traveling speed of the tractor with loader must not exceed 25 km/h. Operation speed of
the tractor with loader must not exceed 10 km/h.
Before starting the movement on public roads, it is required to raise the loader into
transport position and fix it properly.
There is hazard of spontaneous lowering of the loader. That is why before leaving the cab,
it is required to lower the loader in the extreme lower position and fix the hydraulic control
mechanism levers of the loader properly.
It is required to carry out mounting and dismounting of the loader on a level ground with
hard surface.
If the housing of the tractor with loader is under voltage, an operator shall lower the operat-
ing part in the extreme lower position, stop the engine, switch AB off and leave the cab ur-
gently without touching the loader housing metal parts.
Before starting loading-unloading operations, an operator shall carry out preparatory in-
spection of the working place, and also study the rules and methods of operation depend-

It is forbidden to let other people drive the tractor with loader.
Before starting the movement or engaging reverse gear, it is necessary to set the signal
and make sure there are no people in the area of loader operation.
It is required to be very careful while moving on the enterprise territory (the maximum

When driving the tractor with loader, it is required to watch over for upper obstacles (wires,
pipelines, arches and etc.).
When filling the loader bucket, avoid striking against obstacles hidden under the load.
Intake of bulk materials shall be carried out by slow cutting in a stock pile and simultane-

An operator is not allowed to start operation on load handling in the following cases:
- the load weight is unknown;
- poor light in the operation area, poor visibility of loads;
- the territory of the working area on which the loader operates, does not have proper solid
and smooth surface (asphalt, concrete, paving blocks and etc.), or the territory is not
cleaned from snow and ice, ice-covered ground is not sanded or covered with special
agent in winter;
- slope of the working area, on which the loader is intended to operate, exceeds 8°.
Stop the loader operation in the following cases:
- tire puncture or insufficient tire pressure;
- detection of failure in steering, hydraulic and braking systems;
- availability of ambient noise and slap noises in the engine, chassis, loader operating
parts.
