FDA drive fails to operate in an automated mode
Automatic activation sensor is not
properly adjusted or out of order
Adjust the automatic activation sensor or replace it
On tractors with GB 24x12 after engine start, the lamp of the reduction unit lower
pass actuation fails to light up, or after reduction unit switching to the higher
pass, the lamp of the reduction unit higher pass actuation fails to light up
Oil pressure in the control hydrau-
lic system is less than 0,8 MPa
Check oil pressure value according to the oil pres-
sure gauge in the transmission on the dashboard.
Eliminate the failure in the transmission hydraulic
system according to subsection 6.9 “Possible fail-
ures in the transmission hydraulic system and in-
structions for their troubleshooting”
Faulty oil pressure sensor of GB
reduction unit higher or lower pass
respectively, or the pilot lamp for
GB reduction unit actuation has
burnt out, or GB reduction unit led
lamp has burnt out
Replace faulty parts (pressure sensor or pilot lamp
or led lamp)
Circuit breakage from the sensor
to the pilot lamp or circuit breakage
from the sensor to the led lamp
According to the diagram, check the circuit “sen-
sor-pilot lamp” or “sensor-led lamp” operability and
eliminate the breakage in the faulty circuit
FDA drive is constantly engaged at any of three positions of the switch
Jamming of the FDA drive distribu-
tion valve spool in the open posi-
tion
Rinse FDA drive distribution valve
