For installation of the complete set of loading equipment openings on a front beam, side
members and the tractor clutch coupling case are used. For the purpose of unloading a
semi-frame and a tractor clutch coupling case, it is required to use adjustable bars or other
constructive elements connected to rear semi-axles tubes of the rear axle which transfer a
part of push force to the tractor rear axle. For rigidity maintenance it is desirable that the
right and left parts of the loader mounting frame are rigidly connected with each other.
Loader installation scheme is shown in figure 4.13.1.
1 – loading equipment kit for the tractor; 2 – crossed linkage of loader frame; 3 –
tapped rod; 4 – loader bucket; 5 – rear ballast weight.
Figure 4.13.1 – Loader installation scheme
To provide sufficient drawbar power generated by tractor rear wheels, it is necessary to
create sufficient load on the rear axle which shall make not less than 60 % of tractor op-
erational weight considering the installed loader weight.
The right proportion of loads on tractor axles can be achieved by rear axle ballasting with
loads, solution filled in wheel tires, rear counterweight (hook-on bucket with ballast load)
attached to rear lift linkage.
ATTENTION: IN THE LOADER OPERATION MANUAL DESIGNED FOR CONSUMERS,
LOADER MOUNTING ORDER SHALL BE SPECIFIED WITH PICTURES INCLUDING
INFORMATION ON SHIFTING AND DISMOUNTING OF TRACTOR ELEMENTS.
In the loader design, safety and locking devices (fast coupling clutches, slowing-down
valves, overload limiters and others) shall be provided excluding conflicting motion of
gears, overloads and breakages in operation when there is excess of permissible pressure
values in the hydraulic system, rated load capacity or drawbar power.
In the mode of ground cutting, it is necessary to provide protection of tractor and loader
chassis from overload. Loader operating part overturning (bucket and etc.) can happen
due to actuation of a special valve integrated in the loader system.
In order to avoid breakages in loader design for the purpose of loader lowering speed limi-
tation, the loader shall be equipped with slowing-down valves in the lifting cavity of loader
hydraulic cylinders.
Loader design shall provide a possibility of fixing operating parts in transport position.
To exclude contact and/or tractor and loader damages, minimum distances between the
tractor fixed elements and the loader coupled elements shall make not less than 0.1 m,
and in case of moving members – not less than 0.15 m.
