A loader shall have the label “Maximum speed limitation” and also necessary warning la-
bels, for example "Fix". Limiting values of load-carrying capacity shall be specified on the
fore of the loader operating equipment.
ATTENTION: INSTALLATION OF MOUNTED FRONT LOADERS OF VARIOUS MANU-
FACTURERS IS ALLOWED ON TRACTOR “BELARUS-1523.6” IF IT IS PROVIDED IN
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THESE LOADERS!
ATTENTION: FRONT LOADERS WHICH ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR BEING USED TO-
GETHER WITH TRACTOR “BELARUS-1523.6” SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED ON THE
TRACTOR!
Depending on the type of replaceable operating equipment installed, two modes of loader
operation are possible – "Loader" and "Bulldozer".
ATTENTION: THE LOADER MANUFACTURER SHALL PROVIDE A CONSUMER WITH
ALL KINDS OF NECESSARY TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING CONFIR-
MATION OF POSSIBILITY OF LOADER COUPLING WITH TRACTOR “BELARUS-

4.13.2 Safety measures while tractor “BELARUS-1523.6” operation with the loader
installed
While operation with the loader installed, it is necessary to check tightening of fasteners of
the loader mounting frame and tractor wheels, and tire pressure on shift-time basis.
While operation with the loader installed, it is required to observe safety requirements
listed in subsection 3.3 “Safety measures while tractor operation”.
Additionally during loader operation it is forbidden to:
- uplift load with weights exceeding those specified in the loader OM;
- fill the loader bucket amain, and to work on soft soils;
- place the bucket outside the slope crest when throwing off soil aslope (in order to avoid
tractor slipping);
- transport load in the bucket with the maximum boom length;
- work with cracks on rims and with tires damaged up to the cord or perforation damage;
- leave the tractor when the load is lifted (for operator);
- make all types of turns and reverse movements when operating parts are sunk in the soil;
- operate when lights, signalling system, steering or brakes have failures;
- carry out operations at nighttime when electrical equipment is faulty and the working area
does not have sufficient lighting;
- lift people with the loader;
- lift and move loads with the loader if there are people in the dangerous zone (the danger
line near the loader moving members and operating parts is within 5 m, unless other ex-
clusive requirements are specified in the works certificate or manufacturer’s instruction);
- carry out tractor maintenance with the loader arm raised;
- make loading and unloading operations under electric power lines;
- carry the loader bucket over a car cabin.
ATTENTION: TO IMPROVE PITCH STABILITY AND REDUCE LOAD ON FRONT AXLE,
THE TRACTOR COUPLED WITH THE LOADER CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH REAR
MOUNTED BALLAST WEIGHTS!
LOADER OPERATION ON THE SLOPE WITH MORE THAN 8° IS FORBIDDEN!
Tractor service brake control pedals shall be always interlocked during loader operation.
Avoid abrupt start, braking, sharp turns and long-term frictional slip of tires while tractor
operation with the loader.
