Panel Status Change
NOTE: This value can be a bit-
wise ORing of the enumerated
states. When a faulty state is
fixed the corresponding bit in
the value gets cleared.
The panel is in an unknown state, or does not possess enough
intelligence to report its state.

The panel is connected to the equipment it is controlling and is
operating normally.
