Python Plus front panel
The composition of the Python Plus front panel varies depending on the configuration of
the frame: transmitters or/and receiver cards can be installed, both coaxial and fiber
options are possible. Identify the particular Python Plus module of interest and then go to
the page indicated.
Power and display panel

The Power and Display Area has four features.
•
1: CHANNEL SELECT
– scrolls the LED display through each of the Fiber Channels
•
2: Digital Display
– display optical power levels, firmware version and operating
temperature
•
3: Power Monitor LED
– indicates the current Power status
•
4: ON/OFF Switch
– controls power to the Python Plus unit
