Calls on digital channel
On analog channel, if current channel isn’t attach to signaling, press PTT key to transmit
directly; if the RX SQL mode of receiver is set as carrier or CTCSS, after decode successfully, the
icon of RSSI and speaker appears, user can receive audio. If current channel is attach to signaling,
press PTT key the radio displays signal sending. When” Outgoing” appears, you can speak into the
microphone to transmit. The RX SQL mode of receiver is set as “Optional Signaling”, ”CTCSS and
Optional”, ”CTCSS or Optional”, after decode successfully, the radio displays “Receiving Signal
Call” and the icon of RSSI and speaker appears, user can receive audio.
Calls on Compatible Channel
On digital compatible analog channel press PTT key, if is not within hang time to transmit
digital call, within the preset time period to call back; On analog compatible digital channel press
PTT key, if is not within hang time to transmit analog call, within the preset time period to call back.
While receiving, the radio detect digital and analog signal (is must attach to CTCSS/CDCSS)
simultaneously, if detected matching signal, within the preset time period to call back.

Contacts
On the DMR contacts, you can view address list members, add new contacts, manual dialing.

While the contacts type as group call, you can select the menu to view its ID or send message.
