Copy Image to Remote Printer
The Copy Image to Remote Printer option
prints to locally configured printers. Once
the
Copy Image to Remote Printer
button
is clicked, a print command is immediately
sent and the preview screen automatically
closes.
To change the printer and/or print properties
before printing the file, click on the
Options
hyperlink located directly above the
Copy
Image to Remote Printer
button.
Upload Image via FTP
The Upload Image via FTP option allows
the operator to send the scanned image
directly to an FTP server. Clicking the
Upload Image via FTP
button immediately
sends the file to the designated FTP server
and closes the preview screen.
Click the
Options

button to
configure the FTP interface.
Mail Image via SMTP
The Mail Image via SMTP option allows the
operator to send each the scanned image
via e-mail. Clicking the
Mail Image via
SMTP
button immediately sends the file to
the designated mail server/recipient and
closes the preview screen.

configure the mail interface.
Save Image at SMB Network Share
SMB is a network protocol which is used by
Microsoft Windows-based networks.
Clicking the
Save Image at SMB Network
Share
button immediately sends the file to
the designated SMB server and closes the
preview screen.

button to configure the SMB interface.
8.1.3 Bottom
Control
Panel
The Bottom Control Panel of the Infinity WF Scanning Application consists of output options for
scanned images. They can also be found in a menu bar that is part of the scanned image.
The available output options are: Save; Show; Print; Copy; FTP Upload; Mail; and Network.

8.1.3.1 Save Option
The Save output option allows the operator to scan to a local or network disk drive. After each
scan is performed, a window opens and the default file name is shown. The operator can select
