The functions available from the Output Control screen are: FTP Server; Email Address;
Windows Network; Viewer Control; and Sound Control.

5.3.1 FTP
Server
The
FTP Server
button on the Output Control screen enables the operator to enter all the
necessary information for data transfer to a dedicated FTP server. The parameters are entered
via two screens: Ftp Server 1; and Ftp Server 2.
FTP Server 1
This screen contains the server IP address, the port, the user name, and the password for
access to the server. The path where the files should be stored can also be entered.

To make changes or add information to the FTP Server 1 screen, perform the following:
1. In the Output Control screen, tap the
FTP Server
button to display the FTP Server 1 screen
2. Tap the field (area where the values for that field are displayed) to open the alphanumeric or
numeric keypad that allows you to enter the information you change or add (see
3.3.2
Entering or Changing Values
in this manual)
3. Enter the information and tap the
button to save your entry and return to the FTP Server
1 screen
4. Perform the same for each of the fields in the FTP Server 1 screen (where necessary)
