3. Add the email address and tap on the check mark symbol when done to save the change
and return to the previous screen
a. If an email address is already present, you will have to delete it first. To delete a pre-
existing email address refer to Entering or Changing Values in 3.1.1 Screen Navigation
Do NOT delete the ‘@’ symbol. If this symbol is accidentally deleted, press the
button to take you back to the Email Address screen. From the Email Address screen,
tap the
Cancel
button and tap
No
when asked if you want to save changes. You will be
taken back to the Output Control screen. Tap the
Email Address
button and begin
again (from step 2 above)
b. Once the email address is deleted with the ‘@’ symbol still in place, use the
alphanumeric keypad and enter the correct email address
c. Press
the
button when finished, which will take you back to the Email Address
screen
The Subject and Sender fields are optional, though are recommended to be populated for
security purposes. Tap within the field and using the alphanumeric keypad, add the
information you want.
4. From the Email Address screen, tap the
Save
button to save the changes (no save
confirmation will be displayed)
5. Tap
the
button to return to the Output Control screen
5.3.3 Windows
Network
The Windows Network option allows the operator to save images to a predetermined destination
on a local area network. The Window Network screen is where the network path is defined. It
is also used to specify the user name, the password, and the filename.
To add a Windows Network file path, perform the following:
1. From the Output Control screen, tap the
Windows Network
button to display the Windows
