Host Cable Specifications
Data links between the MAP/100 and the host computer are made using a
shielded RS-232 cable. This cable extends from the Synchronous Host circuit
card port on the rear of the MAP/100 and connects to host equipment.
NOTE:
All cables should be shielded. You should use limited-distance
modems when data links exceed 100 feet.
