SAFETY FEATURES OF THIS HEATER
Thermal Cut-Off: If the unit overheats, the Thermal Cut-Off will disable the heater temporarily. When this happens,
turn the unit OFF and unplug. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes. Inspect it and remove any objects on or adjacent to
the heater that may cause overheating. Resume use after the unit has cooled sufficiently.
Safety Grilles: The heater is equipped with safety grilles at the front to protect the heating element. This part of the
heater can get extremely hot. Do not block this grille as it could cause fire.

THERMOSTAT
This heater is equipped with a thermostat to regulate and maintain the set desired
temperature.
To increase the temperature level, turn the dial clockwise.
HIGH HEAT SETTING
Turn the dial in position to set temperature to HIGH heat output and turn the thermostat
dial completely to the right. The unit is ON and the power indicator light will be
illuminated.
Use this heat setting for faster warm-up of a room or during colder weather.
Once the room is comfortable, slowly rotate the thermostat counterclockwise until you
hear a click and the heater shuts OFF. The thermostat will now maintain the temperature
by cycling the heater ON or OFF.
LOW HEAT SETTING
The dial in this position will set temperature to LOW heat output. The unit is ON and the
power indicator light will be illuminated.
Use this setting to reduce electrical consumption and to prevent the room from becoming
too warm.
During particularly cold weather, the heater at this heat setting may be insufficient to
satisfy the thermostat. Turn the dial to HIGH heat setting for these periods.
OFF
Turn the dial counter-clockwise to power heater OFF.
At this setting, the unit will not produce heat and the power indicator light will be OFF.
FAN ONLY
Turn the dial to this position for the fan-only function. The unit is ON and the power
indicator light will be illuminated.
At this setting, the unit will help circulate the air and will not produce heat.
