5.6  How to place Notes in the Hopper 

To ensure uninterrupted counting and to prevent note jam or even damage to the machine, please follow the guidelines 
below when placing banknotes in the Hopper:

Align the corners and edges of the banknotes to avoid counting 
interruptions: 

 
 

X

 

Avoid counting wet, extraordinary dirty or damaged notes. 

 

X

 

Remove foreign objects from the banknotes like; paper clips, 
rubber bands, etc. 

 

X

 

Straighten folds or curls of the banknotes before counting. 

 

X

 

Place the banknotes in the middle of the Hopper and adjust the 
Hopper Guides to fit the note size. 

 

 

 

 
 

          

5.7  Printing Counting Results 

If you have connected an (optional) printer to S515, counting results can be printed. 
 
After finishing a counting job, press the 

[PRINT] 

key to print the counting result on an external printer. If Serial 

Number reading was active during counting, the printing will also include a full list of the serial numbers.
