App failures
Please make sure apps are adapted for Smart Box. For example, camera and wired network
required apps are not adapted to Smart Box. If the app is not applicable, please select

to clear data, force stop,
and relaunch this app.
Smart Box not responding
If Smart Box does not respond to any of your operations or its audio/video fails, please
disconnect the power supply for few seconds and reconnect.
