PROGRAMMING THE BGSM-I VIA CELLPHONE

Before starting the programming procedure, DELETE any telepone numbers and/or SMS text messages
saved on the SIM-CARD.
Introduction
IMPORTANT: The successful outcome of the manual programming phase depends on the type of cellphone used. Ensure
that the cellphone saves the SMS text messages in the intended order (i.e. the first SMS text message in location 1, the
second in location 2 and so forth). If you edit an existing SMS text message, ensure that it is resaved in the same location
in the memory.
This section describes how to program the SIM CARD using your cellphone. For the parameter descriptions refer to the
“PROGRAMMING THE SIM CARD VIA PC” section.
To start the procedure, insert the SIM CARD and turn your cellphone On, then work carefully through the following
instructions.
IMPORTANT: Use ONLY the signs and characters indicated.
Programming the Telephone Numbers
You can save up to 99 telephone numbers in the phonebook for the BGSM-I SMS Dialler, Contact ID communicator and
Remote Control functions.
The telephone numbers must be programmed in accordance with the following table.

Configuring the BGSM-I
NOTE: The term “place card” (used in this section) refers to the letter which is in place of an entry in the programming string.
To configure the BGSM-I, program 4 SMS text messages, as follows:

To configure the outputs — create a 4 section SMS text message, as per the following syntax:
