Customer:
This page is for the Customer’s details. The details in the
Address
,
City
, and
Installation description
fields are for Customer Identification purposes only,
and are not essential to programming. The fields containing the essential data,
must be programmed as follows.
Enter the Customer’s name in this field. The application will use the Customer’s
name to aggregate the relevant set of data items programmed in the various
pages.
Enter the Telephone number that the GTCOM is connected to
This field shows the GTCOM firmware release.
Assign a 4-digit hexadecimal Customer code in this field. This code will identify
the Customer univocally in the database. This code can be assigned manually,
or automatically via the
Search
button (successive code assignment).
This parameter will be updated automatically when changes are saved, and
cannot be changed manually.
This button opens a window for extra information regarding the Customer’s
Installation. The Icon page will be empty when the Notes window is empty,
otherwise the icon page will be full.
