Channels
This page is the core of the system. The programming done in this page
determines the events that will generate the Digital Communicator actions.
Refer to the
Channels
table below for the list of recognized events.
This is the event identifier number.
This is the event label. Refer to the ‘
Operating Principles
’ chapter for trigger
type and mode.
The selected numbers (Yes) will be called when the assigned event occurs.The
type of call depends on the programming done in the
Telephone
page.
This code is usually assigned by the Central station, and allows the operator to
recognize the event. It can have 1 or 2 characters, depending on the Reporting
protocol: 0 through 9 and B through F (hexadecimal). Note that
if CONTACT ID is
used,
0
corresponds to
A
. If Pulse protocols are used,
A
will not be transmitted
(utilizzare for protocol 4/1).
Select the
Contact ID
button to assign standard codes to the events.
Select the
Clear
button to delete all the Event codes and/or deselect all the
Telephone numbers.
