Product overview
The appliance provides additional functions for the hob
extractor fan. All of the appliance’s functions are controlled by
the hob extractor fan.
Observe the hob extractor fan instructions.
The filter medium in the recirculated air filter neutralises any
odour particles present. The odour-free, cleaned room air is
fed back into the room. The humidity in the room can be
reduced with the fresh air feed.
Filter mats, special active charcoal and a catalytic converter
are used in the device for effective odour absorption. After a
certain number of operating hours, the regeneration process
takes place in the closed filter. The catalytic converter starts to
regenerate the filter medium automatically.
The regeneration process starts after approx. 30 minutes
of constant operation or after approx. 60 minutes of total
operating time, directly after turning the hob extractor fan off.
The regeneration process takes approx. 120 minutes. The
generation of heat and noise is perceivable at the device
during this time.
