Adjusting the Pivoting Head 

See Figure 12 below.

1.

 

Disconnect the plug from the power supply. 

2.

 

Place the hedge trimmer on a flat surface. 

3.

 

Depress both pivot buttons and adjust trimmer angle adjustment head until it snaps securely 
into place at one of their available positions indicated. 

 

CAUTION:

 

Do not place hand between pivoting head and threaded base.  Failure to heed this caution could 
result in a pinch point injury. 

 

Cutting Tips 

 

WARNING: 

Always keep both hands on the hedge trimmer handles.  Never hold shrubs or branches with one 
hand and operate hedge trimmer with the other.  Failure to heed this warning can result in serious 
injury or even death
