AUTO TUNING
Press ”
TUNER/BAND
” button (14) and select the desired band (MW (AM)
or FM).
Press and hold the tuning “+” or “
-
” button (23,24) for 1
-2 seconds and then release.
The unit will start searching automatically and stop when a radio station is found.
Repeat step 3 & 4 until the desired radio station is reached.
Adjust volume controls (22) to the desired volume level.
PRESET STATIONS
You can store up to total of 40 radio stations (20 FM, 20 AM) in the memory.
Set to radio mode.
Turn to the desired radio station using either manual or auto tuning method.
Press “
MEMORY
” button (8) to enable program
ming.
Press “
PRE-UP
“ or “
PRE-DN
” button (11,13) to select the desired station memory for storage
.
Press “
MEMORY
” button (8) again to confirm the setting.
Repeat step 2 to 5 to store other stations.

pre-set stations in order.
To return to normal tuner mode, release keys.
NOTE:
The pre-set memories will remain even when switching off the main power button on the system.
After 5 seconds program state will revert to normal tuner mode.
You can overwrite a pre-set station by storing another frequency in its place.
FM & FM-STEREO RECEPTION
Press the “
FM ST/MONO
” button
(7) repeatedly to listen to FM programs in mono when stereo signals are
weak.
If stereo signal is being received, the “ST” indicator “
” will appear on LCD (2) to show FM stereo
program is now receiving.
HINTS FOR BEST RECEPTION:-
AM: The receiver has a build-in AM bar antenna. If AM reception is weak, slightly rotate or re-position the
unit to improve AM reception.
FM: The receiver has a build-in FM wire antenna (35) hanging from the cabinet rear panel. This wire should
be completely unravelled and extended for best reception.
