PHONO
NOTE:
•
Remove the stylus protector.
•
Be sure that the tone arm is being detached from the
tone arm rest before operating and re-secured again
afterwards.
1.
Press
“PHONO” function from function selector (14)
2.
Set the speed selector to the proper position depending
on the record to be played.
3.
Place the record on the turntable (use the spindle
adaptor if required).
4.
Lift the tone arm from the rest and slowly move it to the
record side. The turntable will start to rotate.
5.
Place the tone arm to the desired position of the record.
6.
Adjust the volume to the desired level.
7.
At the end of the record, the turntable will automatically
stop rotating. Lift the tone arm from the record and
return it to the tone arm rest.
8.
To stop manually, lift the tone arm from the record and
return it to the tone arm rest.
9.
On
some records the auto-stop area is out of the unit
’s
setting, so it will stop before the last track
finishes. In this case, set the auto-
stop switch (35) to “OFF“ position. It will then run to the end of the
record but will not stop automatically (turn off the unit by power button or switch back the auto-stop
switch to “ON“ position to stop the turntable rotating). Then
return the tone arm to the rest position.

If the sound becomes muffled you might have dust on your stylus. Just give it a quick blow.

and the display should show “CD”

OPEN/CLOSE
” button (28) to open the CD
door.
Place a CD with the printed side facing up inside the tray.
Press the “
“ button (10) or “
DISC-CHANGE
” button on the remote control to turn the CD tray, and load
out the other disc compartment.
P
ress the “
OPEN/CLOSE
” button (28) to close the
CD door.
Whilst CD search is running, the LCD display (2) will show the total number of discs, number of tracks.
NOTE:
CD searching will be performed every time when switching to CD mode or closing the CD door. All CD
functions will be resumed after the CD searching is completed.
