Instructions for using Berner spark plug-/injector loosener
1.
Shake can before use. Remove
thick soiling
(dirt particles, water) with compressed air.
2.
Spray
injector solvent generously
to the fitting of the parts which have to be removed
(reacts within 35-40 min.)
3.
Remove
loosened dirt
with compressed air.
4.
Spray the product directly generously to the fitting of the cylinder head and let it react
(ca. 5 min.)
5.
Remove the injector using a spark plug boot puller.
What to do in case of extreme corrosion:
Repeat spraying procedure a few times. Allow
the ingredients to react over night.
If the injectors can not be solved after this
procedure, the corrosion is to strong.
