Display Values
QUICK START
Once power is turned on and the safety key is secured in place, all values will display zero. Simply
press the green <START> key and the <SPEED▲> key to the desired training speed. The mini
-
mum training speed is 1.0 mph at 0% elevation. There will be a five second countdown before the
treadmill will pick up speed. Speed may be increased or decreased at any time during your work-
out by pressing the <SPEED▲▼>. Also, incline levels may be increased or decreased at any time
by pressing the <INCLINE▲▼>. The TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE and LAP windows, will circu
-
late, displaying each individual value every 5 seconds or may be chosen individually by pressing
the <MODE> key.
If the treadmill is stopped at any time the display memory will retain the current displayed values
until the workout is continued.
If the treadmill is stopped by removing the safety key the readout values will be reset.
