SAVE THESE SAFETY RULES FOR FUTURE USE:
– It is normal for this tool to become quite warm during use. This is normal and does not indicate
a problem.
– The glue gun should be unplugged after use or if it is not used within 2 hours. The adhesive
can be stored indefinitely in the unheated gun and remelted by heating up the tool.

If you accidentally touch the molten hot glue, immediately immerse the affected area in
cold water and call a doctor. The injured area should be attended by a medical
professional.
– Some materials are heat-sensitive and can be damaged by the hot nozzle or even the hot
glue. Whenever possible, test a piece of scrap material or a hidden portion of the object being
repaired.

Under Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n°. 151 of July 25, 2005, “Implementing Directives
2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic equipment, and on waste disposal”
The crossed skip symbol on the device means that, at the end of its life cycle, the product should
be collected separately from other waste.
Hence the user should take the device that has come to the end of its life cycle to any electronic
and electrotechnical waste recycling centre, or return it to the dealer when purchasing a new
equivalent device, at a rate of 1 to 1.
Proper collection with a view to allowing the device that is no longer used to be recycled,
processed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner helps to avoid any potentially
harmful effects on the environment and health, making it easier for the materials the device is
made up of to be recycled.
Improper disposal of the product by the user will result in administrative penalties as referred to
in Legislative Decree 22/1997 (article 50 and following articles).
